Safaris:
The above FB rates are fully inclusive of all meals and safaris. The safaris included are an afternoon game drive into the wetlands on the day of arrival. If guests are in for 1 night only, then they will enjoy a morning game drive into the wetlands on the morning of departure.
Day trips are offered when staying for a minimum of 2 nights, where they have a full day to enjoy a safari. These safaris include: Boat Safari or Beach Safari or Hluhluwe Game Reserve.

1: Deposits:
Booking: A deposit of 20 % will secure your reservations. Deposits are non-refundable.
Balance of accommodation account is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival
Children under the age of 8 are booked subject to special consent of owners, or if the entire lodge is booked out.

Payment by credit card will attract a charge of 2.5% to cover bank commission
2: Cancellations:
50% Cancellation Fees will be charged if bookings are cancelled within a month of the arrival date.
100% Cancellation Fees will be charged for bookings cancelled within two weeks of the arrival date.
In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked will be charged.
December bookings require full payment 2 months prior to arrival and the cancellation fees are effective
two months prior to arrival. Early check outs are not refundable.
